Almost leave time

I thought I was going to get a bigger pay rise this year. Turns out all I got was a CPI one. Can't complain, at least I got something.

Due to the fact that we are saving at the moment, there will most likely be no overseas trip for us this year.

It is a drag, and I did want to get back to Seoul to see Phil, but he is looking at returning to Oz in Jan, so we will piss up then, no doubt.

Anyway, my partner knows that I am hopeless with booking stuff, so she has booked us a house at Apollo Bay. Sounds very nice. This will be my only leave this year, so I will be using it to do fuck all.

The house she has booked is about 10 kms from the main town, so hopefully we won't be getting any mystery visitors. I am looking forward to sitting on the balcony, looking out at the native flora and fauna and drinking some sort of alcoholic beverage. Sounds ideal.

And there is a member down there too, so that means I'll be able to get some decent meat and meat products. He might even look after me. One can only hope.

I will be taking photos when I am there too, so stay tuned as I might even load them up when I am down there.

No one thinks you're funny

Probably not.

That's something my Mother says still to us. The oldies are in Townsville at the moment seeing the nephews and my brother and sister in law. I've been put in charge of watering thier garden. Which I have done.

Last night it got the mother of all soakings.

Anyway, I've put some more photos up on Flickr. These were of a cycle ride my partner did from Sorrento to Melbourne. I did it too. In a car. A lot more easier.

Check the photos out. I've also been seeing my nephew Rex a bit too. When my partner releases the photos, I'll put them up on the Flickr site too, as with the photos from our trip on the tram restaurant.

That sounds fucking ace!

A year

I've been blogging for a year now.

What fun!

I don't know how many read this, nor do I care. It is mine and that's it.

My new blogger resolution is to blog more often.

My Flickr site has photos on it. Check it out dude.
